      1   € EQUAL 119,334 FCP. ALL OUR RATES ARE POINTED OUT IN EURO TAHITI OR PEARL RIGHT SAVES ITSELF TO CHANGE ITS RATES ANY TIME.

    • FEES AND TAXES:
       Expenses of harbour and insurance are extra and variable according to the value, according the weight of destination of (s) jewel (x): these additional costs are confirmed in every order.Sum declared in customhouses corresponds to the real value (All taxes included) of the jewel. Dispatches are subjected to charges for admission in force in the country of reception.

    • DELIVERY:
      Expenses of harbour and insurance are extra: these expenses are announced to you during order.The delays of expedition will be specified to you from the confirmation of order. Once confirmed order, purchaser abandons any cancellation of purchase or refusal of the goods.Any claim for nonconformity will have to be transmitted in the week which follows the reception of order.

    • RETURN - EXCHANGE:
      In the 30 days which follow the date of reception of the goods according to envisaged conditions equal value or check of purchase.Expenses back are in your load + obligatory insurance. (in the packing of origin) expenses of returning will be given if it is about an error of our part.

    • OWNERSHIP:
      By virtue of the law N°80.335 of May 12th, 1980, the goods remain the ownership of Art And Tahiti Pearls up to their entire payment.   

    • ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION:
      Any litigation that can result from present clauses and tariff conditions in force will be subjected to the evaluation of the court dealing with trade disputes of Papeete.
